Spring steel
To manufacture our springs we use nothing but high-quality chrome silicon or chrome vanadium spring steel from reputable producers.

Shot peening (surface strengthening)
Thermo stress peening extends the durability of our springs still further in comparison with conventionally shot peened springs.

Packaging
All springs are identified by part numbers and pack-aged individually in high-grade boxes with multi-colour company logo. The labels are also supplied with barcodes.

Coating
Conventional painting or powder coating procedures no longer meet the company‘s enhanced requirements. Consequently our springs are zinc phosphate plated and epoxy resin powder coated on an ultra-modern coating line. The resulting products can then take a 480 hour salt spray test in accordance with DIN 50021 SS in their stride.

Guarantee
CS Germany stands for products of the highest quality. All the high-performance springs manufactured by CS Germany are supplied with a 3 year guarantee.
